拍品的状况可能存在极大差异，而由于其性质使然，拍品难以处于完美无瑕的状态。拍品均以拍卖时的状况出售。

The work is structurally sound. There is some wear, with some associated minor losses to the extreme edges and corners, most notably to the lower edge and coners. There is some minor rubbing visible to the impasto. There is some soft surface soiling. There are some very soft hairline drying craquelures visible. When examined under ultraviolet light, there is a spot of circa 1 cm. visible along the lower right horizontal edge, presumably an inpainting. Examined under UV light there are also traces of scratches, coherent with the artist's working process. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
