The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The side edges of the canvas are covered with tape. A slight canvas draw is to the upper left corner. A small area of pinpoint fly speck is to the white of the house's roof. Three small losses are towards the lower left quadrant. There is no apparent inpainting under ultraviolet light.
