The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is not laid down, but is hinged into a non-acidic mount. There is some staining to the extreme edges from a previous acidic housing. There is a relaxed diagonal crease in the left-hand half of the drawing. The ink and pencil work read well and the drawing could be hung without further attention. Sold framed.
