Not examined out of frame. The canvas, stretcher and attachments appear to be in generally good condition. The canvas undulates slightly to the upper right and lower left corners. Light superficial accretion in places. There is minor rubbing to the extreme edges, as a result of historic framing. A hairline crack measuring approximately 1cm. to the white spike upper left. Three minor abrasions on the indigo passage to the left and another one on the brown passage lower right. Some pinpoint paint losses in places. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
