Overall with some minor wear to the silver-gilt, the enamel with some minor scuffs and scratches, the clock previously off from the arch, now restored, the clock with some staining along the lower edge, possibly from rust, along the clock face as well as the interior of the glass, the face signed Tiffany & Co., generally good condition.
