The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the full sheet.
- time-staining visible at the sheet edges recto and verso.
- a tiny, diagonal crease at the tip of the upper left corner and some creasing along the lower left sheet edge.
- a small crease at the extreme right sheet edge, at centre, and a thin, horizontal incision on the paper surface at the lower right corner, mainly visible in a raking light.
- a tiny paper loss at the extreme lower sheet edge, at centre.
- remains of old fabric hinges in places along the sheet edges verso, with occasional associated skinning.
Otherwise as described and in generally good condition.
