The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No restorations detected. Fritting to the spout, tail and base. Light surface dirt in places. Two firing cracks, one beneath the centre of the handle, the other to the proper right base of the handle. The handle securely attached. One tiny chip to the rim of the base. Some areas of the surface are unevenly glazed, inherent to the artist's technique. Some rubbing to the glaze in places. Subject to the foregoing, the present work appears to be in generally good condition.
