The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- with narrow margins on all sides.
- pale scattered foxing and a few pinpoint rustmarks, mainly visible in transmitting light and verso.
- minor creasing at the left corners.
- a small adhesive stain at the lower sheet edge at centre and left.
- some pencil inscriptions verso.
- remains of old glassine hinges at four corners verso.
Otherwise as described and in good condition, mounted and unframed.
