The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
La structure de l’œuvre est en bonne condition. La surface est très légèrement encrassée et poussiéreuse. Quelques points de manque de matière, zones d'écaillage, abrasions, pour certaines inhérentes à la méthode de travail de l'artiste, et traces de frottement, sont visibles par endroits sur la surface. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.
The work is structurally sound. The surface is very slightly dirty and dusty. A few points of medium losses, areas of flaking, abrasions, for some inherent to the artist's working method, and rubbings are visible in places to the surface. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
