The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the full sheet
- several scuffs and scratches, primarily in the red
- one 30 mm. diagonal scratch at upper left touched in with red pigment(?)
- other scratches (such as by the lower figure's knees and extended arm) showing the paper underneath
- with fabric tape along the upper and lower sheet edges on the reverse
