The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear commensurate with age. Areas of metal discoloration throughout, some areas of repair visible on brooch. Brooch fitted with a single pinstem and pendant hook at the reverse. Please note the pinstem may be removed from the brooch. Please note the locket is in working condition and may be removed from the brooch and be worn separately.
-Additional marks: obscured markings (locket).
-Rubies: with typical eye-visible inclusions, many surface reaching. Minor to moderate nicks and abrasions throughout.
-Diamonds: L to M+ color, SI to I clarity. Some of decorative quality. Minor chips, nicks and abrasions throughout.
