The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is loose. The edges are deckled. There is faint undulation to the extreme vertical edges. There is minor discolouration, most notably to the extreme edges of the sheet. There are a couple of pinpoint spots of foxing in places to the margin, only visible under strong raking light. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
