The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound and all elements are present. There is a fine layer of surface dust. There is some minor wear and rubbing in places to the corners and a minute loss to the extreme upper right corner of the upper marble element. There are some superficial hairline abrasions in places, most notably to the upper marble element. There is some residue as a result of previous installation to the lower marble element. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
