The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the upper edge and undulates slightly. The edges of the sheet are slightly deckled. Minor wear, a few tiny nicks and faint creasing is to the corner-tips and edges. A tiny tear is to the lower right edge in a green painted passage and another is to the upper right edge. A few pinpoint possible losses are to the upper left quadrant in a purple painted passage. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
