The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- with the usual horizontal central crease.
- the sheet very slightly toned.
- some minor pale stains and foxmarks in places, mainly visible in transmitting light and verso.
- a very short tear at the upper sheet edge to the right (approx. 14 mm.), thinly supported.
- a very short repaired tear at the lower left sheet edge (approx. 12 mm.).
- a strip of white hinging paper along the right sheet edge verso.
- remains of old adhesive and paper hinges in places along the sheet edges.
- faint traces of offsetting from another print verso.
Otherwise as described and in very good condition, especially for a sheet of this size. Mounted, not framed.
