The work is structurally sound, and all elements are present. A layer of surface dust and soiling is present with associated fibrous and drip accretions intermittently. Minor wear is to the side edges of the wood panels, which attach with dowels to the stack. Wear and lifting is intermittently along the edges of the collaged elements, in keeping with the artist's choice of medium. Spots of stray media, surface accretions, irregularities, minor surface scuffs and minute losses to the varnish are occasionally. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
