The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(i) (ii): The work is structurally sound. All collage elements appear to be present and adhere well to their underlying support. There is some discolouration and a few surface accretions in places to the collage elements. There is general wear, rubbing and abrasions in places, most notably to the base. There is glue and packing residues to the edges of the table top. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally fair condition
