Kornfeld, Bern, Switzerland, the full sheets, loose (as issued), in- and hors-texte, with title, text by Walasse Ting, table of contents and justification pages, in very good condition, each the full sheet, together with the original lithographed boards with printed title and dust-jacket
Overall: 16³⁄₄ x 12¹⁄₈ x 1³⁄₄ in. (425 x 308 x 44 mm.)
