The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet.
- the artist's surname in pencil slightly smudged.
- two tiny areas of ink loss with partial retouching at the upper and lower sheet edges.
- occasional rubbing visible in the printed black areas and at the sheet edges (predominantly along the lower left sheet edge).
- the extreme tip of the lower left sheet edge with a small crease.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
