The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Sheet floats freely. Mat-stained and light-stained. Upper edge deckled. Artist's tack-holes to the four corners, edges and a few further within the composition. A few expertly-repaired short tears, nicks and flattened creases along the upper and right edges. Vertical flattened crease at center. Scattered handling creases throughout. Scattered pinpoints of foxing, most notably along the left edge. The line is strong.
