The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: Fair, shows severe signs of wear, with abrasions throughout gold and important stains of oxidation. Case back is monogrammed "GR". Numbered 21788 02778.
- Movement: the movement is working at time of cataloguing. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. Movement is signed European Watch and Clock company JNC.
- Dial: signed Cartier. In fair condition, with several scratches, some numbers are partially erased (12, 3), the tip of the blued steel needle is twisted.
- Case: in fair condition with surface wear and scratches through. The case back with several scratches. The case back is monogrammed "GR". With no glass.
