The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Painting in overall good and stable condition. Some minor losses noted along corners. Scattered hairline cracks noted along corners and upper left edge. Two small losses noted along the center upper edge and the upper right quadrant. A few minor scattered accretions also noted, most notably along the lower left edge. Ultraviolet light examination reveals no signs of repairs, tears, or other condition issues.
