The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The deckled edge work was inspected inside the frame. Back of the work could not be checked due to the framing status. The upper and lower left corners of the work are slightly detached from the backing paper. It is in our opinion that the work is in very good condition.
