The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged in places on the upper horizontal edge on the reverse to its underlying support. The extreme upper horizontal edge is uneven. There are minor handling marks to the edges and some minor discolouration in places. There is a minute crease to the extreme upper right corner. There are a few extremely minor spots of pinpoint foxing in places, most notably to the lower edge and only visible under extremely close inspection. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
