The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet.
- lacking the printer's blindstamp.
- the colours fresh and bright.
- a small, pale mark to the right of the woman's head.
- two tiny areas of ink loss to the background in the lower right, with the underlying layer of ink showing through.
- three very fine, vertical hairline cracks at the upper right sheet edge (mainly visible in a raking light).
- hinged with paper tape at various places along the sheet edges verso with resultant cockling, the reverse therefore unexamined.
Otherwise as described and in apparently very good condition.
