The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- with small margins, the lower sheet edge trimmed through a pencil annotation below the signature.
- tiny breaks in the border of block, lower left and upper right, touched in, presumably by the artist.
- a small pale stain on the lower stroke of the signature.
- the lower left sheet tip made-up.
- some cockling to the sheet, mainly visible in the margins in raking light.
- pale time-staining along the upper sheet edge.
- with japan paper hinges to the upper sheet edge recto.
Otherwise as described and in very good condition.
