The canvas, stretcher and attachments appear to be in generally good condition. There is minute rubbing to the extreme lower left corner. There a few faint abrasions to lower centre. There are minor paint losses in places to the extreme edges. When examined under ultraviolet light, there appears to be no evidence of any retouching. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
