The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

A light layer of surface dust is present. A linear crack corresponding to the wood grain is along the right edge of the central element. Fine linear cracks are occasional, most notably to the lower register and to the right of the protruding central element, with an associated minute loss. Soft scuffs and faint handling marks are infrequent. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
