The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Basketweave in good condition, light superficial surface wear to metal, some scratches to the inner frame. Some very small areas of tarnish. Mirror with a few spots of tarnish throughout, a small more noticeable spot to the bottom centre.
- Additional marks: French assay marks for 18 carat gold, maker's marks 'P 2 crossed ears of wheat B' for Pierre Brun.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 0.10 - 0.15 carat.
