The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: good. Shows normal signs of wear with a few scratches and light indentations. Fitted with secure clasp.
-Additional marks: inscription 'Bosworth 1000 Fair Isle Gold Cup'.
-Onyx: good condition. Some beads with chips and abrasion marks.
-Pearls: white bodycolour, partly with rosé overtones. With typical blemishes such as pits, variations to nacre and a few wrinkles.
-Enamel: with some visible losses throughout and a few traces of re-enamelling.
