We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture. - size of the members, good quality of the wood, and proportions of the cabinet suggest this is made from re-used timber - the far proper right drawer runner is off - a section of the proper right lower frame on the interior is lifting and needs to be consolidated - end aprons and spandrels are loose - some separation of the side panels - expected age cracks and minor nicks - locking pin is missing - the coffer has thick members and is constructed from good quality material
