Fine Printed Books & Manuscripts including Americana features material ranging from the first century of printing in Europe to books, documents and letters dating to the middle of the twentieth century. The sale features an important collection of children's literature, as well as books and manuscripts from the collection of the late Maurice Sendak, sold to benefit the Rosenbach including a rare first edition of Beatrix Potter's Peter Rabbit as well as a large selection of her subsequent work.
