The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

A wooden strip frame is affixed to the side edges of the canvas with nails. The canvas is slightly slack, and surface soiling is visible. A very faint stretcher bar impression is just left of center, and a faint surface scuff is to the upper left corner. A few small protrusions are near the upper edge, and two very apparent intrusions are just below center. A few pinpoint accretions are occasional to the extreme edges. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
