The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. The rim with some areas of fritting, as well as some tiny chips and losses at the upper centre and the lower centre rim. Some fine and unobtrusive lines of crazing to the white glaze. The underneath with three footmarks from the time of firing and some light wear. Some remnants from an old adhesive from a previous mounting. An area of crazing in the reverse lower left quadrant. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally good condition.
