The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet undulates and is hinged to the backing board at the upper corners. There are abrasions, accretions and creases visible intermittently at the edges and to the surface of the sheet. There is discoloration to the graph paper in places . There is a tear at the right vertical edge and tears in the upper corners in association with the artist's pinholes. Elements of contact paper are slightly lifting in places.
