Please note antique textiles exhibit wear, losses, soiling and tears from normal use and repurposing. Some elements are re-pieced together with complimentary or contemporaneous textiles to mend.

The joined 5 panels a deconstructed petticoat, some separating between panels. The top edge with creasing as to be expected and areas of piecing and replaced ivory silk, two slots for pockets. The panels overall with foxing and areas of discoloration. Some evidence of water marks. Soiling throughout. The polychrome silk brocade with areas of loose threads but strong pigments.
